Pilates

Pilates can be described as a mind—body exercise that requires core stability, strength, flexibility, and muscle control. This is great exercise for all ages and levels of experience. Some of the many benefits from practicing Pilates include: improved posture, strengthened and toned muscles, increased flexibility and muscle control, improved alignment, coordination, balance, and even Increased lung capacity.
Pilates is taught by Sylvia Mrozinksi. Sylvia has been instructing fitness classes since the 90’s. She aims to inspire those in her class to develop life long healthy habits, while taking control of there own health destiny.

Pilates is open to all Hilltop residents. Please note, the first Tuesday & every other Tuesday of the month a smaller class will be taught in the movement studio.
